Charles Pareigis
President

Charles Pareigis joined The Drury Group in 1993. By focusing on the strategic and operational objectives and benefit solutions for The Drury Group, he’s been instrumental in guiding the company through the numerous industry disruptions and turbulent changes prevalent during the past decade.

Charles is an active member of the community and an alumnus of Leadership Franklin. A graduate of Western Kentucky University, he’s is an avid fan of Pittsburg Steelers Football, fly-fishing, and spending time with his wife and two children.

 
Kathy Drury
Chief Financial Officer

Kathy Drury joined her husband Ralph at The Drury Group in 1978 and has been an integral part of the company’s success. She’s been vital in managing the financial and executive responsibilities of the company.

Kathy has a zest for life, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves to travel and is active in her church, where she currently serves as a Stephen Leader in the Stephen Ministry Program at First United Methodist Church.

 
Mike Henson
VP of Account Management

Mike Henson joined the Drury Group in 1990 and has more than 20 years experience in the employee benefit arena. He’s responsible for the company’s account development and service. Mike has been instrumental in implementing initiatives that support new business acquisition and in building the company’s client portfolio. He earned a BS in Business Administration (Finance) from Tennessee Tech University in 1986.

 
Lara Grande
Sales Executive

Lara currently serves as a Sales Executive for The Drury Group, Inc. She has 20 years of experience in the employee benefit market with her portfolio ranging from the traditional to worksite voluntary benefits, making her expertise valuable in providing the best solutions for her clients. 

Prior to coming on board with The Drury Group, Lara worked with Aflac in account management and new business acquisition development throughout Tennessee, North Carolina, Colorado and Los Angeles. Before Aflac, she served as an account manager for a brokerage in Santa Monica.

Lara’s commitment is to position the various benefit offerings to maximize employee growth and retention for her clients by focusing on education of both the employer and employee on all offerings to create the best customer experience.

She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and lives in Franklin, TN. Lara enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Jennifer De Cuir
Account Manager

Jennifer De Cuir joined the Drury Group in April 2019, with more than 15 years of industry experience in benefit administration and customer service. As an Account Manager, she serves as a liaison between the client, the employee, the insurance carriers and providers to manage all aspects of customer service and ensure successful outcomes for clients. 

While she spent most of her life in Southern California, Jennifer has lived in middle Tennessee for more than a decade with her husband and two children, and now calls Franklin, TN, her home. When she is not working, Jennifer enjoys working out, spending time with her family and friends, and enjoying all the events and experiences that historic Franklin has to offer. 

 

 
Rachel Nighan
Account Manager

Rachel Nighan joins the Drury group this year - 2019 - as an Account Manager with more than 15 years of experience in customer service and administration. Her responsibilities include managing clients' needs by working with employers and coordinating all details of company benefits, strategies and administration. 

She serves to maintain communication between the client, the employees, providers and insurance carriers. Her genuine interest in people brings the same depth of interest to her relationship with her clients. She will commit her best service with continual plan maintenance, enrollment, negotiations and compliance.

When not busy at work for Drury, Rachel loves spending time with her husband Scott and three children as well as her dog, a mini Aussie Doodle. Rachel enjoys sporting events, outdoor activities and spending time at the gym. She is as much at home in the mountains of Colorado as the beaches of Jamaica and Cape Cod. Rachel grew up in Massachusetts and moved to Franklin, TN, in 2004.
